Ila and I went to The Nutcracker with a few friends. It was so fun to have a girls night! This was Ila's first ballet. She loved watching all the ballerina's. She also had a running commentary going through the entire ballet. Someone sitting in front of us even commented on how cute her commentary was. I felt so bad! No matter how many times I tried to shush her she just kept on whispering to me. At one point Ila asked if we could take one of those barbies home. She asked Santa for a Nutcracker show after that night. All through December she held firm that she wanted Santa to bring her a Nutcracker show. I can't believe my little girl is old enough to go to ballets! She reminds me everyday just how big she is getting. Can't help but love her!
