Santa's favorite. White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies.
Please excuse the out of focus pic. Ila was getting ready to put out some food for the reindeer.
Oatmeal with blue sprinkles is Rudolph's favorite. If you don't dump it all in one spot it will sink in the snow by morning. I had to go and remove the evidence so Ila thought that the reindeer really did come and eat their midnight snack. After we got Ila in bed we could hear her talking for awhile. She has been watching Mickey Mouse Club House occasionally. One episode is about how Mickey helps Santa. When Mickey is trying to find Santa they chanted, "Santa Santa Ho Ho Ho." Jon and I had a good laugh when we heard Ila yelling, "Santa Santa Ho Ho Ho, Santa Santa Ho Ho Ho" before she fell asleep.
Merry Christmas! What a cute little guy.
The excitement is almost too much to handle!
Ila and I got matching scarfs to wear. They keep us nice and warm and oh so stylish at the same time.
We had the missionaries come over to eat breakfast with us. Anytime there are 3 or more men in our house Jon convinces them to play Risk with him. He loves that game. He had 2 good luck charms helping him win. An unfair advantage I'd say.
The boys got matching ties, so cute! I love my boys. By the way, can you see the resemblance? We get so many comments that Harlen takes after Jon. I just smile to myself when this happens.
My pretty Christmas girl with a dirty face. I made her the skirt, which was really fun to make, and pretty easy too.
Our first Alaskan Christmas was so wonderful! Can't wait to see what 2010 brings. :)
