This Easter was spent in TLF. For the non military reader that means Temporary Living Facitilty. Basically a hotel suite. I must say that TLF has improved since we were there 2 1/2 yrs ago upon arrival to Las Vegas. It still wasn't the best way to spend Easter but we looked past that and had fun anyways. Our friends made sure we didn't sit alone in the hotel all weekend. We had a play date every day and a dinner date every night the entire week before we moved. I have the best friends!

On Sunday we were invited to a pot luck Easter Dinner. Several families from our ward got together. It was funny to watch the kids play. In the older group of kids it was Mason, Ila, Kasen, and Landon. (pictured above) These boys all wanted to play with Ila and we even had one little boy in tears because he wanted to play with her and she was running with the other one. So cute! But at the same time, I had no idea that this sort of thing would happen already. She's only 2 for pittys sake!
Ila and Landon got to decorate their own cookies. Can you say sprinkles!!! I probably should have purchased a new bottle of sprinkles for Aurie. These two thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
